Our 9/11 event is bigger and better than ever this year!
Sept. 10: “Remembering 9/11: Honoring First Responders and Their Families” on Sept. 10 at Historic Town Square from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Sept. 11: Wreaths Across America mobile exhibit, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Both days: Field of Field Heroes on the east lawn of Historic Town Square. 343 flags will be planted, one for each first responder who lost their lives on 9/11.

Hi everyone, a reminder that we will meet Tuesday, May 17 at 1 p.m. at the American Legion Post 90.
A representative from the Marine Corps League Dixie Detachment will present on their upcoming golf tournament. Golf Tournament Flyer.
If you also wish to have a "speaker" slot — that is, an item that would garner more dialogue than a regular agenda item — I can squeeze in more than one.

Western Sky Aviation Warbirds Museum

Of particular interest to our veterans coalition -- and these are all great events -- is the B-17 and B-25 Meet and Greet. This is for veterans and media only. Great opportunity to view the insides of these vintage airplanes. As a WWII buff, I am super excited for this!
