Well, we are just a few weeks away from the Replica Vietnam
Memorial Wall in Layton Commons Park dedication. In the link below is an invitation that I hope each of you will each accept
and attend - not only the dedication but the Tribute Show to Bob Hope
following. Each of you helped make this happen. Thank you.
We hope you will pass the information along to everyone you
know. Note the Walk To The Wall at 5 p.m. before the dedication. It
is not a march - it is a walk to honor those on the Wall. We want as many
Vietnam Veterans, all Veterans, families, supporters, Gold Star Families and
the community to turn out, walk us, accept our invitation to join the
walk as we go along Wasatch. Line up or massing up begins at 4
p.m. Unable to walk - we have a place for you to ride. I personally
would like to see at least a couple thousand Vietnam Veterans in the walk.
Hope many will wear red, green or yellow - the colors of our Vietnam Service
Medal. Thank you - each of you for your support, your service and welcome
home.
