Coffee Time at the Vet Center

I’m starting a Coffee Group! Every first and third Tuesday the Vet Center will be open to all Veterans to come in and enjoy each other’s company over coffee. It will be open from 0900-1100. No need for an appointment - just come on in.  For non-coffee drinkers, we have tea, hot chocolate, and whatever you want to bring (besides alcohol) while socializing with other Veterans.

April 2023 Military Events at Fair

Each year the Washington County Fair has a military event. In 2020, WWII veterans were honored. In 2021, Korean War veterans were honored. In 2022, Vietnam War veterans were honored.

In 2023, the theme is Women in the Military. As always, EVERYONE is invited to attend this event — you don't have to be a female veteran to attend, and we hope many of our VSOs are represented in attendance. However, the Fair would love to have as many female veterans as possible attend. Please see flyer below.

WOMEN IN THE MILITARY

Each year, more photos are added to the Fair's military wall of honor. If you are a veteran and would like your photo included, or you know of veterans that should be included on the wall, please submit soon through this link: CLICK HERE FOR PHOTO LINK. Please note the deadline of April 5 — this is so they have enough time to print banners.
