fast. You don’t have to be a current client with the Vet Center but you do need
to come in and fill out one piece of paper with some information on it to be
eligible veteran to go on the trip. Please contact our Office for more

Inform all clients of the availability of this Outdoor
Experience at no cost to the veteran and assist interested clients with
registration as indicated on the flyer…online registration link: https://fs2.formsite.com/R1Tuim/form1/index.html
For the veterans without computer access, please print the
online form for them and fax to the number on the flyer.
